Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it.  
  • Be unused or unworn, with tags and labels still attached.
  • Be in its original packaging.
  • Include all accessories and included items.

How to Start a Return:

To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] . If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Returns for Defective Items:

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately.
  • We will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email.
  • We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund.

Returns for Customer Remorse:

  • If you wish to return an item due to customer remorse (e.g., you changed your mind), you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Please contact us to initiate the return process.
  • We will provide the return shipping address.
  • Upon receipt of the returned item, a refund for the item will be issued.

Return Shipping:

  • For defective items, we provide free return shipping.
  • For customer remorse returns, you are responsible for the actual cost of return shipping.

Refunds:

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your returned item.
  • Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
  • If more than 10 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at [email protected].  

Exchanges:

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.  

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
